A year after show homes opened, a new phase of a housing development near Wrexham is launching with the chance for buyers to meet the experts who could help them move.
Castle Green Homes is marking the double milestone at its Trevalyn Place development on Rossett Road, Rossett, by hosting an open day from 11am to 3pm this Saturday (January 31).
It will be a chance for buyers to explore the properties, speak with Castle Green’s knowledgeable and friendly sales team, who will be joined by local estate agents and independent financial advisors. Together they will be able to offer free expert advice to buyers.
Sales director Sian Pitt said: “This time last year we were celebrating the opening of the show homes at Trevalyn Place. Now, we’re on the final countdown of properties on the initial phase and are launching the second phase, offering buyers more to choose from. We’ve already started taking early bird reservations on some of those homes – essentially giving buyers first refusal when their preferred property is released for sale in-line with the build programme.
“We’re extending an open invitation to anyone looking for a new home in the Wrexham area to join us for the open house event. They’ll be able to explore our show homes over fizz and nibbles and speak to the experts who will be able to help. Independent financial advisers will be able to guide buyers through their mortgage options and respected local estate agents will be able to assist those with a property to sell. Our sales team will also be on hand to explain how we can help homeowners with our Easy Move or Part Exchange schemes. Plus, we can offer Made to Measure Rewards tailored to individual buyers’ circumstances.”
Current availability ay Trevalyn Place includes a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, priced from £459,995.
Across all its developments, Castle Green’s homes achieve an Energy Performance Certificate rating of A or B, making them among the most energy efficient available, with the potential to enjoy substantial savings on household bills.
“A new home offers a fresh start like no other. Buyers can explore our homes virtually via the website and create a Willow account to test out a range of specification options and upgrades, available subject to build stage,” Sian added.
Ideal for families, the homes at Trevalyn Place are being built in the catchment area for a number of sought-after schools including St Joseph’s Catholic and Anglican High School in Wrexham, Castell Alun High School in Hope and the Kings School, Chester, ranked as one of the best independent schools in the North West and ISI-rated “excellent”; plus Darland High School in Rossett.
Both Chester and Wrexham are only around 15 minutes’ drive away, giving residents the chance to embrace rural village living with easy access to the amenities of the two cities.
Join Castle Green and a host of experts for the open day at Trevalyn Place, from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, January 31.
