Castle Green completes land purchase in Old Colwyn

Twenty percent of the new housing development in North Wales will be designated as affordable and it is expected that the development will support numerous jobs in the local community, whilst an on-site equipped play area and improvements to off-site open public space will be financed by Castle Green.  A financial contribution has also been made towards improvements to the local highways network.

The properties, all of which will be two-stories high, are located on the edge of open countryside and will enjoy far-reaching views. They have been designed to sit comfortably within the context of the local built environment and landscaping will be focused on a mix of ornamental plants and native species to encourage local wildlife to forage.

Sales will launch later this Spring from our nearby property development Bron Y Castell, in Abergele.
