St Asaph-based Macbryde Homes has been named as one of an elite group of housebuilding companies to receive a 5-star rating in the Home Builder Federation’s prestigious scheme. The accolade comes as a direct result of customer satisfaction surveys which are sent to all new homeowners eight weeks after moving into their new property.
Based on a series of questions that look at the extent to which the new homeowners would recommend their builder to a friend; whether they would consider buying a new build property again; and a number of aspects relating to the level of service that they received throughout the purchasing process, the rating is held in very high regard given the scale and comprehensive nature of the survey on which it is based.
