Around 200 eager buyers viewed new show homes in Rossett on the first day.
Castle Green Homes welcomed a steady stream of visitors to Trevalyn Place during the launch weekend.
The event was attended by those who’ve already reserved and are waiting for their new homes to be built, plus prospective purchasers including existing homeowners with a property to sell before they can commit to buying.
Castle Green Homes sales director Sian Pitt said: “We knew from the volume of enquiries we’d received about our new homes in Rossett that demand for housing in the area is high. It was great to see so many people visit the show homes at the earliest opportunity. At some points during the launch, people were waiting for others to leave a room or a house so that they could look around. Feedback is they loved being able to experience some of the different layouts and specification choices we offer.
“We’re working with a number of potential purchasers who are keen to move here. Some have a house they need to sell first, and we can help with that with Easy Move or part exchange. Others could benefit from some financial support, and we can offer a contribution towards the Land Transaction Tax or stamp duty as it’s more commonly known. We can tailor the incentive to the individual’s needs.”
The show homes are examples of the three-bedroom detached Evesham and four-bedroom detached Salisbury and Ashbourne house types. The sales team will be based in a four-bedroom Heatherington, equipped with state-of-the-art CGI technology.
Current availability at Trevalyn Place includes a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, priced from £334,995.
A four-bedroom detached Cambridge will be ready to move into this spring. It’s priced from £689,995, with Castle Green offering a contribution towards the stamp duty.
The Cambridge features an inviting lounge with bay window at the front of the property, with a combined kitchen, dining and family room spanning the rear. There’s also a utility and cloakroom.
Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms, with the main bedroom also boasting a dressing room. The family bathroom effectively serves the other two bedrooms.
Situated on Rossett Road, the location has broad appeal.
“Rossett is a lovely village, with a strong sense of community,” Sian added. “There are shops, pubs and restaurants, plus outstanding locals nearby. Both Chester and Wrexham are only around 15 minutes’ drive away, giving residents the chance to embrace rural village living with easy access to the amenities of the two cities. It’s no surprise that the homes in Rossett are attracting those already living in or close to the village and those looking to relocate for a change in their pace and quality of life.”
The show homes at Trevalyn Place are open daily from 10am to 5pm. For more information see Trevalyn Place.
