Eagerly awaited show homes open in Rossett

Thursday, 09th January 2025

Show homes open next Saturday (January 18) at a development in Rossett where eager buyers camped out overnight ahead of the sales launch.

Castle Green Homes recently welcomed the first residents to its Trevalyn Place development. It’s now preparing for the latest milestone – giving buyers their first look inside professionally styled and fully furnished show homes at the development on Rossett Road.

Sales director Sian Pitt said: “Hundreds of people registered their interest in our new homes in Rossett. Ahead of the off-plan sales launch in the summer some of them even slept in their cars overnight to ensure they could reserve at the earliest opportunity.

“As with all new developments, properties are released for sale in line with the build programme. Buyers have been studying the site plans and often know exactly which property they want to purchase before they contact us and are prepared to wait for their new home to be built. We have a wealth of resources available on our website including the opportunity to ‘walk’ the streets of the new community and look inside the home virtually. We’ve even had people make the 50-mile round trip to Daresbury to view show homes to help them decide.

“While those who reserved in the early stages of the development have started moving in, many more people are keen to see the show homes before committing to buy. The good news is the wait is almost over. We’re opening three show homes in Rossett to help inspire buyers.”

Trevalyn Place offers 99 private sale homes in a choice of three and four-bedroom designs. Current prices start from £334,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Marlow.

The show homes are examples of the three-bedroom detached Evesham and four-bedroom detached Salisbury and Ashbourne house types. The sales team will be based in a four-bedroom Heatherington, equipped with state-of-the-art CGI technology.

The Evesham offers 1,122 sq ft of living space including a lounge at the front, leading through to a combined kitchen and dining room with French doors opening onto the rear garden. A cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, the main bedroom with en-suite and dressing area spans the entire width of the property. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The Salisbury’s 1,572 sq ft of living space includes a lounge with feature bay window at the front, complemented by a combined kitchen, dining and family room at the rear with direct access to the garden via French doors.

Spanning 1,976 sq ft, the Ashbourne is a generously proportioned double fronted home designed with modern living in mind. There’s a lounge on one side of the hallway and study on the other. At its heart is a combined kitchen, dining and family room, with French doors leading to the garden.

Both the Salisbury and Ashbourne have a practical utility and convenient cloakroom.

Upstairs in these house types there are two en-suite bedrooms, leaving the family bathroom to serve the remaining two. The main bedroom in both the Salisbury and Ashbourne also features a dressing area.

“Creating your ideal home in Rossett is really fun and simple. You can view all of our house types virtually via our website or in the sales centre, with the ability to look at them with or without furniture to give you an insight into how you might use the space,” Sian explained.

“Set up a Willow account via our website and with the help of a virtual new homes assistant you can explore the options and upgrades available. You can test out different kitchen finish, worktop and flooring combinations to suit your taste and budget wherever and whenever you want to, creating a digital twin of your home room by room while we do the hard work in making it a reality.”

Castle Green’s new homes in Rossett are being built using sustainably sourced, precision-made timber frames, with generous insultation, and highly efficient central heating.
