WITH lockdown restrictions gradually easing, one Welsh developer says now is the time to start up the house search and move to a home that ticks all the boxes.

And if that home is at Castle Green, in Holt, the advice is to act quickly as the development is already nearly 50% sold.

Caryl Russell, sales and marketing director at Castle Green Homes said: “Despite restrictions and lockdowns, demand for our new homes has remained high throughout.  Castle Green is only a small development of 24 homes and almost half have already sold off-plan. Would-be customers really shouldn’t delay booking an appointment to view, especially as we are getting ready to open our new sales centre.”

The new sales centre at the Wrexham Road development will open five days a week (Thursday – Monday inclusive) from Saturday, April 17th, with a sales consultant on hand to help guide would-be buyers through the new home process at Castle Green.

Caryl adds: “Post-lockdown, buyers now want homes with more space both inside and outside. The Castle Green homes boast sociable open-plan kitchen and dining spaces that are now at the top of people’s wish lists, plus some homes have extra family space in addition to the separate lounge. All homes have their own private garden too, which is another top requirement from buyers.

“We’ve remained busy during the various lockdowns, but some buyers may have put off looking for a new home due to uncertainty or being nervous about getting out and about. But as we edge nearer to coming fully out of lockdown, there really isn’t a better time to start looking for a new home than now.

“Until now, this development hasn’t had its own sales centre, but now we want to invite buyers along so they can get the full Castle Green experience. They should make an appointment first though to guarantee our personal attention on the day and to ensure safe social distancing,” adds Caryl.

One home available at Castle Green is the Wentworth, a four-bedroom detached property that starts from £369,995. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen and dining area with double doors out into the garden, plus a separate lounge. There is a handy utility room and cloakroom too.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the three further double bedrooms share a good-sized family bathroom.

To make it even better, this home also comes with kitchen floor tiles and a quartz countertop included.

Other homes at Castle Green are priced from £264,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Marlow, up to £434,995 for a four-bedroom detached Sandringham, which boasts two en-suites and an integral double garage.

“The days are getting longer, hopefully some better weather is on the way and the first homes at Castle Green will be ready in May, so there really is no reason to delay. Customers should get the ball rolling and book an appointment to view these fantastic homes,” Caryl adds.
