Getting started with Easy Move is simple. Complete the enquiry form and we’ll arrange three independent valuations of your current home.

This helps us understand its market value and gives you the information you need to take the next step towards your new Castle Green home.

Yes. If your home is already on the market, you can still apply for Easy Move. Our sales team will be happy to discuss your circumstances and explain how the scheme could work for you.

Once the valuations are complete, we’ll review the feedback from the estate agents, along with information about similar properties and recent sales in your area.

We’ll then be in touch to discuss a recommended asking price and explain what happens next, helping you move forward with confidence.

The valuation is provided by our specialist partner and is based on current market conditions and local property data. As part of Easy Move, the suggested asking price is intended to help secure a sale and keep your move progressing smoothly.

If you’re uncomfortable with the valuation, we’ll be happy to discuss it with you. There’s no obligation to proceed with Easy Move, and you’re free to continue marketing your property independently.

While your current property is being marketed, we can’t reserve a plot on your behalf. However, we’ll keep you informed about your preferred home and any changes to its availability.

Once your sale is agreed, subject to contract, you’ll be able to reserve your chosen Castle Green home and take the next step towards moving in.

Once you’ve decided to move forward with Easy Move, we’ll arrange for the estate agent to contact you and begin marketing your property.

They’ll then support you through the next stage of the selling process.

As part of Easy Move, we’ll contribute towards your estate agent’s fees up to an agreed amount. We’ll confirm the level of contribution with you before you proceed.

If your existing property sells before the purchase of your new Castle Green home is legally complete, you’ll need to pay the estate agent’s fees directly, including VAT. Any agreed contribution from Castle Green will then be reimbursed on legal completion.

The amount we contribute towards estate agent fees will depend on the development and the home you’re interested in purchasing.

Your sales consultant will be happy to explain what’s available and talk you through the options that apply to your circumstances.

Once your property is ready to go on the market, the estate agent will advertise it at the agreed asking price across major property websites, helping to put it in front of a wide audience of potential buyers.

We’ll regularly review the progress of your sale and discuss any changes that may help attract potential buyers.

If your property hasn’t sold after six weeks, the Easy Move agreement may come to an end. If this happens, your sales consultant will explain the available options and talk you through the next steps.

If you decide not to proceed with the purchase of your Castle Green home after your property has been sold through Easy Move, you’ll be responsible for any estate agent fees and associated costs, in line with the estate agent’s terms and conditions.
