Once the valuations are done, our agents will provide us with a report that includes information about other properties in your local market and recent sale prices. We’ll then contact you, either directly or through the agent, to discuss the recommended selling price to facilitate a quick sale and agree on the next steps.

The selling price we suggest is aimed at selling your home quickly. Our specialist partners conduct thorough market research to arrive at this figure. The goal of Easy Move is to sell your property quickly so you can proceed with the purchase of your new Castle Green home. If we can’t agree on the selling price, you’re free to market your property independently, without any obligations or associated costs through our services.

No, we don’t hold the property you’re interested in while you’re marketing your property for sale. However, we’ll keep you updated on your preferred plot if there’s any interest. You can reserve your Castle Green Home once your current property is sold, subject to contract.

If you decide to proceed with the sale of your property under the Easy Move agreement, we’ll instruct the agent to contact you and initiate the marketing arrangements.

We’ll contribute towards your estate agent fees up to an agreed amount when you use Easy Move and confirm the final contribution with you.
