With around 90% of new homes at Maes yr Haul in St Asaph now sold, the homebuilder behind the development is offering to help homeowners enjoy an easy move.
Castle Green Homes is hosting an event this weekend (April 13) to guide buyers through its Easy Move scheme with experts on hand to offer free independent advice.
Sian Pitt, sales director for Castle Green Homes, said: “Maes Yr Haul is a hugely popular development and while we’ll be building here for around another year, we’ve sold out of two styles of homes. Some people know which home they want to buy but are being held back because they have a property to sell and may not even have put it on the market yet. The good news is we can help them overcome that fear of missing out with our Easy Move scheme. We’re hosting a special event this Saturday to explain how it can help homeowners secure a quick sale, at full market value. Easy Move isn’t linked to the value of the properties being bought or sold so can be used by downsizers and upsizers alike. We’ll manage the whole process, and we’ll even contribute towards the agent’s fees.
“During the event we’ll also have independent financial advisors from RSC New Homes on hand to help buyers understand their mortgage options, including green mortgages.”
Maes yr Haul offers a good choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with current prices from £191,995 for a two-bedroom Oakley style property.
For those who want to make a quick move, plot 66, a four-bedroom detached Wentworth is the ideal solution. Priced from £339,995, and almost ready to move into, it offers 1,351 sq ft of living space. The lounge with feature bay window at the front is complemented by open plan kitchen and dining room with French doors opening onto the rear garden.
A practical utility adjoins the kitchen and leads through to a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs, there four good-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the other three.
Surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside, the new homes in St Asaph are being built in an area home to a choice of schools, sports clubs, plus cute cafes and cosy pubs. The North Wales towns of Rhyl, Prestatyn, Abergele, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno are all easily accessible.
The Easy Move event at Maes yr Haul takes place this Saturday (April 13).
Show homes at the development are open daily from 10am to 5pm. For more information see here.
