Expert advice for an ‘Easy Move’ to a new home in Rossett

Castle Green Homes has now sold around 70% of the 132 new homes it’s building across 11 acres of a 15-acre site on Rossett Road. With ever decreasing opportunities to move to Trevalyn Place, the homebuilder is hosting an event to guide sellers through its Easy Move service.

During the event, which takes place from 11am to 3pm, there will be the opportunity to view the show homes, speak to the friendly, experienced sales team and independent financial advisers from RSC New Homes.

Homeowners are perhaps starting to think they may miss out while they try to sell their existing property, but with our help they could find they’re able to secure a buyer and move sooner than they anticipated.

“The idea behind the Easy Move event at Trevalyn Place is to demonstrate to homeowners just how simple selling and buying can be with the right support. While there’s limited availability of some new homes in Rossett, Castle Green has plenty of choice around 10 miles away at Gladstone Grange in Hawarden. As that development is currently being sold off plan, those considering a move to a new home in Hawarden are invited to visit Trevalyn Place for the Easy Move event.

Gladstone Grange offers a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with current prices from £255,000 to £570,000.
