Free mortgage advice and chance to make an easy move to a new home in Wrexham

Thursday, 28th March 2024

Homeowners are invited to discover how they could enjoy an Easy Move to a new home in Wrexham with help from Castle Green Homes, local estate agents and independent financial advisors.

The experts will be on hand at Llys Y Coed on Main Road, Rhosrobin, on Saturday, April 6 providing a one-stop shop for those considering moving there.

Sian Pitt, sales director for Castle Green Homes, said: “Research by the Home Builder’s Federation found that almost half of people said not having to manage estate agents, solicitors and surveyors makes a move easier. With that in mind, we’re hosting an event to explain how homeowners can enjoy an easy move to a new home in Rhosrobin. Monopoly Buy Sell Rent will be attending and will be able to explain how with our Easy Move scheme they can secure a quick sale, at full market value. Easy Move isn’t linked to the value of the properties being bought or sold so can be used by downsizers and upsizers alike. We’ll manage the whole process and we’ll even contribute towards the agent’s fees.

“During the Easy Move event we’ll also have independent financial advisors from RSC New Homes on hand to help buyers understand their mortgage options, including green mortgages.”

Llys y Coed, on Main Road, Rhosrobin, offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes.

Joe Booth, senior business development manager at RSC New Homes, said: “When looking to purchase a property it’s important to gather as much information as possible and ask the relevant questions to professionals within the industry. The mortgage market can be a complex environment for all purchasers as it’s constantly changing and that’s where we come in. Our advisor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and put your mind at ease when discussing your finances and potential purchase.”

Current prices at Llys y Coed start from £259,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Marlow, like one of the show homes.

The lounge is at the front, with combined kitchen and dining room at the rear of the property with French doors opening out onto the garden. There’s also a convenient cloakroom.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite, meaning the family bathroom serves just two bedrooms.

There’s storage space on both floors of this carefully planned home.

Homes at Llys y Coed achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate B rating, making them eligible to be purchased with green mortgages. These offer a variety of benefits, including discounted mortgage interest rates, enhanced affordability and cash back.

Nestled in Rhosrobin village, between the Welsh mountains and the lower Dee Valley, and just 10 minutes by car from Wrexham city centre, Llys Y Coed is ideally placed.
