The government’s Help to Buy England initiative is available on various properties for sale at our developments across the North West of England. And you don’t have to be a first-time buyer to benefit, as Help to Buy England is now available to a wider range of eligible purchasers.
How does Help to Buy England work?
All buyers can apply for a government-backed equity loan of up to 20% on all new properties (up to £224,000) ensuring you only need a 5% deposit. Claiming your Government bonus
When it comes to buying your home, your solicitor will apply for your government bonus on your behalf. The funds will then be used at the completion of the property transaction. The bonus cannot be used for the deposit due at the exchange of contracts or to pay for your solicitor, estate agent or other fees involved with buying a home.
