Recently, Building Control wrote a piece about Erddig Place, our development of 2, 3 & 4-bedroom homes for sale in Wrexham. They wrote:

Alongside Erddig Place, our Bryn Y Mor development in Old Colwyn Bay also received a glowing recommendation from Building Control. Bryn Y Mor was described as being a development of luxury new homes, finished to a high standard. Building Control went on to say:
“The contractor created a modern, well-equipped housing development with discernible and recognisable building features. The dwellings are homely, attractive and energy-efficient.”
