Castle Green Homes nears sell-out on second development in Penyffordd

Friday, 10th February 2023

Buyers are being urged to act fast if they want to secure one of the final energy efficient new built homes in Penyffordd.

Castle Green Homes built on the success of its hugely popular Oak Meadow with the launch of Brook Meadow. Homeowners at the second development include those who missed out at Oak Meadow.

Now, with 97.5% of homes at Brook Meadow sold, potential purchasers face a race against time.

Sales and marketing director at Castle Green Caryl Russell said: “Between them, Brook Meadow and Oak Meadow have helped provide much needed new homes in the village of Penyffordd. We’ve welcomed a good mix of purchasers including first time buyers, young professionals and families.

“The sense of community and chance to embrace rural village living at its best, plus the strong transport links have played a factor in the popularity of our homes. Energy efficiency has become increasingly important to buyers in recent months with people looking to reduce their household bills. Our new homes are highly efficient and offer a low maintenance solution to modern living. It’s therefore unsurprising that we’re now down to the final three homes. The good news for those who want to reap the benefits of living in an energy efficient home this winter is that they could potentially move as soon as the formalities are complete.”

The final home is the four-bedroom detached Salisbury.

The Salisbury is available from £434,995. Traditional on the outside, designed for modern life inside, it offers 1,570 sq ft of living space.

At the front is the living room, with feature bay window; while the combined kitchen, dining and family room encompasses the rear of the property and is destined to be the heart of the home. There’s also utility and cloakroom.

Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms are en-suite, meaning the family bathroom serves the other two.

Located on Rhos Road, Penyffordd, homes at Brook Meadow are a great base for commuters as they’re within easy reach of Wrexham and Chester, with Liverpool less than an hour away.

A range of sports clubs including tennis, football and bowling, provide opportunities to stay fit and active and socialise with like-minded individuals.

There are also plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors via rural walking paths or by visiting the nearby seaside, mountains, rivers, forests and castles in the surrounding area.

Brook Meadow is open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm. For the latest availability and pricing see here.
