This offer is available to eligible key workers, including NHS staff, teachers, police officers, prison and probation service staff, firefighters, armed forces personnel, social workers and selected local authority employees. Proof of employment will be required. Castle Green reserves the right to determine eligibility for the offer and may request additional evidence where required.
Offer applies to new reservations only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless agreed by Castle Green. Customers who reserved a property before July 9th 2026 are not eligible to use or claim this offer.
The 5% contribution towards options and extras is subject to the build stage of your chosen home. For homes with pre-selected specifications, upgrades and extras may already be included and therefore the 5% contribution may not apply.
