No Summer Slump for Castle Green

This summer, the developments that we’re currently marketing, across the North West of England and North Wales, have enjoyed three-times the number of visitors that we welcomed last year.  Encouragingly too, reservations for our new homes have doubled!

Our Oakley Park development in Ellesmere Port of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes has proved particularly popular.  Of these new homes in Ellesmere Port, one-third are now sold and we only launched the sales office in April and the first show home welcomed visitors in August.  This is the first development to be made available for open market sale in Ellesmere Port in almost five years so we anticipated it would be popular but this has been incredible!

Both of our developments Erddig Place in Wrexham and Bryn Y Mor in Old Colwyn continue to be popular too with a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.  At Erddig Place, 50% of the development is now sold, whilst Bryn Y Mor has only a few new properties in Oly Colwyn remaining.

The level of interest that we’ve witnessed this summer serves to demonstrate how desperately needed quality homes are across North Wales and the North West of England and whilst we’re continuing to be incredibly busy at all our current developments, we’re already looking to the future and have plans in place to launch at least three more developments in 2018 – subject to planning, of course.
