I recently visited College Park and was thoroughly impressed by the high quality design and finish of the houses. I was particularly impressed by Kelly the Sales Negotiator, who gave a warm welcome and explained the key points of the development. My interest was peaked with the concept of a builder having a real interest in sustainability.

We have been looking and learning about houses for a few months now. At the beginning of this journey, we came across this new housing development called Orchard Place by Castle Green Homes in Thornton. It was a Sunday we went there & they had started building houses recently. There were not even showhouses. That was the 1st day we met this lovely lady Heather in a small temporary office. Went through details and images of different kinds of houses and started building our dreams in our minds. While saving for a deposit, a few months later after looking at various properties we still had the idea of Orchard Place in our mind. Went there again 2 weeks back. Oh, what progress! Met Heather with Donna in a wonderful office which is a show house and now they have more show houses. By digging into exact customer expectations, Heather was able to pick the dream we had in mind. What else? here we are.. Hoping to move into the new house in next month. That was the story & a new beginning of life with Castle Green Homes.

We have been visiting Bridgewater View, Daresbury since last August & dealing with Vikki who has had so much patience with us as we finally sorted our 3rd Plot due to us losing 2 due to our sale not happening & now we will be finally moving in this summer!! I’ve had so many questions for Vikki & it’s never been a problem for her to help us!!! She is certainly a huge asset to your company.

We’re so impressed with Carol at the Llys Y Coed development. We’ve recently reserved and she has been so helpful. It’s such a big decision but she’s helped up every step of the way. This is our 2nd Castle Green home and are so excited to move in next month.

We are currently going through the process of purchasing a castle green home and we can’t recommend Vikki and Kirsten enough, they are always on hand to help with any questions or issues we have. They provide us with regular updates and have made the whole process a lot easier for us as first time buyers. We pop in regularly to see the house and they are always very welcoming, can’t thank them enough for their help so far.

We visited the College Park development in Christleton last weekend as we have seen the ads on social media. Wow Wow Wow is all I can say! We both haven’t stopped talking about the Showhome all week. We might even pay another visit. Well done Castle Green!

Carol is very friendly, helpful and reliable. Without her ongoing support and guidance we would not currently be in the position that we are. I would recommend Castle Green to others, due to the amount of care Carol has provided. In addition to this, Carol has been empathetic and shares our enjoyment in our journey as first time buyers.

As a new owner of Willow Fields, the excellent & professional service provided by the site manager Ryan and his team impressed us a lot. He will rectify those snags efficiently and regular meetings were arranged by him which keep us updated of the progress of the rectification. Great thanks is give to Ryan and his team who help us to settle into our home smoothly.

After viewing Castle Greens development at Orchard Place in Thornton I would just like to say how impressed I was with the quality of the propties. Also a special mention to Heather and Donna who were extremely professional and courteous throughout my visit and gave me all the information and help I needed.
